A perfect valentine's date would be: Being picked up in a limosine and swept away to a secret place for a special weekend to include dinner at a seafood restaurant. Having champagne and chocolate strawberries for dessert. Lots of chocolate involved in a secluded setting--maybe on a sailboat or a private yacht.
The perfect valentine date would involve being kidnapped from home (1st being told to back a overnight bag)..driven to a special resturant (out of town) for a romantic lunch by a fire place. Then I would be whisked off to a very special hotel to find my prearranged spa appointment awaiting. After 3 hours of being thoroughly pampered in the spa with a massage, manicure and pedicure...I return to my room to find a box of chocholate, bottle of perfume and a very special piece of jewelry.....the perfect Valentine's date....for any girl!
Going to dinner at our favorite restaurant and then spending the weekend locked away in our favorite hotel with just champagne and chocolate covered strawberries.
A cruise to the Caribbean that arrived to the islands the day before Valentines Day. Of course there would have to be a wonderful formal dinner off the boat on shore somewhere on Valentines Day night. Outside of that the entire trip would have to revolve around laziness and pure bliss. And of course my wife of 8 years would be with me the entire time. :)
My dream Valentines Date is honestly, A good trashy romance comedy, a steak dinner (from outback) and with my boyfriend. Don't even need dinner. Anything with him is great.
Lunch with my husband at The Cheesecake Factory. Followed by a spa treatment at the Red Door. Last but not least, shopping at Short pump town mall!
My Valentine's dream date would be... A unique form of transportation, no limos or anything. A dinner somewhere, doesn't have to be fancy. Go to the movies and see Dear John, and go to a lake and talk for hours. Anything with the perfect guy, would be the perfect Valentine's dream date.
My dream date would be a early afternoon movie with my wife. Next would have dinner at a nice, romantic dinner/desert. We would spend the night away from home in a room with a jacuzzi tub for us to relax in and finish the desert from the dinner. We could finish the night with a massage session with each other. That would be the perfect date. If only I could find a way to watch some sportscenter!
Being in a sailboat off the coast of Maui with a sunset dinner of lobster and chocolate!
In an outdoor hot tub with your sweetie, while it's snowing, with your favorite adult beverage.

My perfect Valentines Day would be a romantic, candle lit dinner with my husband at our favorite restaurant. A good bottle of wine and a slice of cheesecake to split. I would love to come home to a house filled with roses, and a relaxing bubble bath followed by a long massage! And to top it all off, a beautiful diamond pendent!
This Valentine's Day, my boyfriend and I will be having dinner together at the Melting Pot, complete with the roses and the wine and the cute picture of us together. When we get home we are going to cuddle and watch movies by the fire and have red strawberry/banana jello snacks. This is everything I want for Valentine's Day and I know it will be amazing.
A perfect valentines date would be spending dinner in quiet place so it would give us a chance to chat and know ourselves more. Surprises on dates are always fun! Gifts - flowers, chocolates, or others - are very much appreciated to make the day more meaningful! The date shouldn't end with just dinner...a walk to a garden (weather permit) or discovering a new place can add to the beauty of the night - something that we can both venture and explore together.
My dream date would be with having my husband surprise me with a limo (never been in one), driving to the airport, flying somewhere warn and with NO SNOW and spending a couple of stress free days with no pagers, cellphones, computers, etc. Spending time alone with my husband with no interuptions would be the greatest treat of all!!
The ULTIMATE date would be a weekend away somewhere warm, beachy, and serene. :O) My REALISTIC date would be an afternoon of shopping together, then a steak dinner out and tickets to some kind of show or play (not a movie). I'm a pretty simple girl, though, so just about anything with my husband, and without kids, would be a dream!
My ultimate Valentine's Dream Date would be spending the ENTIRE day and night with my special Valentine where we would spend the day together shoppig, eating at Firebirds or California Pizza Kitchen, catching an afternoon matinee at Regal Cinema, have a romantic dinner and spend the rest of the evening cuddling at home!!!
(don't get me wrong-I love my kid, but...) my dream date-finding a babysitter and then... Surprising my wife with a weekend in Charleston, SC eating tons of fantastic seafood there and walking through the markets and streets with no plan other than to relax, eat, and share a little TLC. However, since our schedules don't allow it I would have to say Sending my wife for a massage early in the day (probably at the Red Door-she's never been there) so she can relax before I take her to her favorite … show more »
a dozen of red roses delivered first thing in the morning with breakfast in bed. then a day at the spa being pampered with a massage, manicure, and pedicure. The day would end wih dinner at Maggianos with a special bottle of wine and profiteroles for dessert.
A night with just my husband, no kids. We would go to a restaurant for a drink, then we would sit down for a meal and dessert. We would go to a restaurant that we would never take our kids too. After dinner we would go to the movies. We would have our kids go stay at grandmas house, so we would have the house to ourselves and this would allow us to sleep in the next day. The ideal gift would be a nice small piece of jewerly.
Take me to a chateau with a beautiful view of the mountains. With the fireplace ablaze, we would have dinner by candlelight. Then enjoy my favorite after dinner drink, coffee and Kahlua, with delicious dessert, profiteroles! Then cozy up by the fire and enjoy the rest of the evening (no kids, no iPhone or Blackberry, no tv). That would be a gift by itself.
Having two kids and a husband who travels for work - my idea of 'my ideal date' has drastically changed from something I would have said a couple of years ago. Now my ideal date is dinner with my husband somewhere we can linger over our meal and talk :) - what a unique concept! We had a tradition BC (before children) of getting a couple of chocolate covered strawberries (from Godiva) and a bottle of champagne for dessert ;) - that and picking out Valentine's Day cards for each other, to me that … show more »
Having dinner at the best hotel in the city and then off to the nicest room available
To be picked up by my hubby of 46 years in a limo and taken to Vito's (in Nellysford VA) for some FINE Itilian food. Being in the mountains is great anytime for me. Then my perfect gift would be a 14k white gold flower multi-colored sapphire ring I have my eye on at a local jewelry store. What a wonderful day that would be!
A well selected card and a few quality chocolates are the perfect gift. I love roses too but hate the Valentines Day mark-up. Being a frugal shopper, I hint to my husband to buy flowers early. Costco has great roses! Dinner together at one of our favorite restaurants, with a nice bottle if wine, (and wait staff who isn't rushing us to turn our table) is perfect. Catching up on conversation about us, instead of kids, is the perfect Valentines Day date with my best friend, my husband, my love.

Dinner with my sweet husband at the Williamsburg Inn with the band playing and dancing. Champagne. Dressing up. The perfect gift? Being loved.
My dream date would start with a day at Red Door Spa with the Hot Stone Massage, facial, pedicure and manicure and make over! Then a shopping spree at Short Pump Town Center. We would have the night booked at the hotel in the Mall and have a Romantic dinner at Firebirds with wine and steaks. Then we would spend the night at the hotel! That would be my perfect date and day!!
A perfect Valentine's evening would be a babysitter for my 2 kids and a quiet candlelit dinner for me and my husband.
The perfect Valentine's Day would start by having a massage...then off to have my hair done and then a manicure & pedicure. After getting dressed up, we'd go out to a nice cozy restaurant and spend a couple of hours just eating and talking. Though, a dozen roses and a box of Godiva chocolates thrown in the mix wouldn't hurt either.
My night would include a quiet dinner at Strawberry Street Cafe, where my husband and I went on our first date, followed by drinks at a quiet restaurant around town and a night at the Jefferson Hotel kid-free. Simple and quiet would make me so happy. :)
I would love a weekend getaway at The Homestead in Hot Springs, VA. Classic spa pampering for a day followed by dinner and dancing. A surprise jewelry gift might be waiting for me. A wonderful appointed guest room with sparkling beverages and chocolates finish off the evening.

A trip on a private jet to somewhere tropical. Driven to the airport. Flight including champagne and music. A wonderful dinner with candles and dancing. And the corny walk on the beach. The perfect gift would be something sentimental that showed how much I was loved and appreciated.
My perfect Valentines date this year would be to escape all this snow here in Charlottesville . We love going to the smokey Mtn so I would love to go to our favorite resort and get pampered this valentines and then go to our favorite place top eat down there.
Part of me would want special time with my husband, part of me with my children and husband, and part of me by myself. So I am going to say breakfast in bed, made by my husband and joined by my 3 small children, I would then spend a day being pampered followed by an evening of dinner, dancing, and a night at a nice hotel with my husband.
My Valentine's Day Dream Date would be a weekend getaway to a different city so we could take a break, enjoy dinner, dancing, go to a concert and just spend plenty of quality time together! The gift isn't important so long as it comes from the heart and it's thoughtful, but a special card and/or flowers would be nice!
Being taken to the Charlottesville area with my husband. Visiting 2 or 3 wineries and then go to a nice dinner. Afterwards we would stay at a hotel without our kids and then the next day maybe do some shopping :)
My birthday isa few days before Valentine's Day. I love it when my husband does not try to combine the two. It's my ideal date that we celebrate me and my birthday in a very special day. Then together we celebrate our love and life together by celebrating Valentine's Day. We are such foodies, so clearly our dream date would include one of the great restaurants at Short Pump. One of our favorites is Firebirds. They have amazing salads, streaks and of course the onion rings. Another cute idea … show more »
My date would be a beatiful flower arrangement given to her before we leave for a nice quite candle lite dinner. Which would be a full course meal and desert with a bottle of wine. Top off with a nice present at spa to pamper her for the day.
My perfect Valentine's date with my spouse (at this time in our busy lives with kids) would be a single rose on the kitchen island, then off to Firebirds for a delicious filet followed by a big hunk of carrot cake - then a relaxing overnight evening alone with my hubby in the new hotel right next to the restaurant. We'd head home in the morning. Ahhh.
A perfect Valentine dream date would be: A romantic dinner at a fine dining restaurant and a nice horse and carriage ride in the city park!!

The perfect Valentines date would start by waking up with the one who holds your heart. Starting the day and knowing that you have a valentine for the rest of your life.
Taking my honey out for a delicious dinner, then walking around together and seeing the sights, followed by a romantic, relaxing evening in a nice hotel.
My dream Valentine's date would be a carriage ride in Cenral Park and then a romantic dinner in NYC.
I would whisk my wife off to Paris for a romantic weekend!
My ideal Valentine's Day will be spent dancing the night away! The ideal gift is a day at the spa!

My husband cooking a warm wonderful meal with a sparkling rose wine. Then watching a DVD we both like together snuggled on the couch. Getting a great neck and shoulder massage after some delightful dessert. The gift would be a surprise icing on the cake of a great time spent together. Oh wait - we doing all of that while snowed into tonight (except for the gift as far as I know :)

My perfect date would be a romantic dinner with my special someone at a very classy restaurant having great ambience. We would follow it with watching a movie as we eat our favorite dessert and drink a good wine at our house. Ideal gifts include cologne or a watch.
Getting a gift card to Short Pump Towne Center to spend it on a romantic dinner and an evening at the Hotel Sierra!
My idea of a perfect Valentine's Dream Date starts with spending time with my wife without the kids. So once we have a capable sitter, we can get started! Honestly, just heading up to Short Pump Mall for a couple of Starbuck's coffees with plenty of time to walk and talk before we head to our dinner reservation. Since we'd have several hours before the sitter was done, we would first do dinner at one of the nicer places, like Firebird's, get the lobster nacho dip, share a big ribeye, then get … show more »
Dinner out at Chez Max and then home to watch a romantic movie like Love Happens, etc
My favorite Valentine's dream date is dinnner at Maggiano's and a romantic movie. The ideal gift would be a piece of jewelry.
I'm not the biggest Valentine's Day girl. I think love should be celebrated as often as possible & in unexpected ways, not on a designated date. I don't need a fancy getaway or lots of presents. My dream Valentine's Day would be hanging out with my husband and cooking a fancy dinner for him. So I guess my dream present would simply be some cool cooking gadget from Williams-Sonoma. Of course, you can't go wrong with chocolate either!
to look good
A limo ride to the Jefferson hotel for dinner complete with champagne and roses. The perfect gift would be a Mall gift card for guilt free spring shopping!
My perfect romantic date with my husband would be... To go away over night somewhere (sorry kids) but with no children, Maybe Virginia Beach or Williamsburg. Hold hands, stroll the streets and explore the town. We would dress up and go to a quiet dinner, then go see a show. For me, I wouldn't need flowers, candy or jewelry. I would really just enjoy our time alone, without any of the day to day craziness. Pretty simple !
Send the kids to my parents, and be locked away in our own home. On our comfy sofa next to a warm fire is where we would spend our evening!
I would kidnap my husband and take him away for a romantic weekend at The Greenbriar and stay in one of the wonderful cottage rooms with the lovely fireplaces.
My dream date would be for my husband and I to get away to Williamsburg. We would enjoy an entire weekend together. We would go to a spa during the day, enjoy shopping at the outlets and have an awesome dinner with candle light by a cozy fire.
My best Valentine date in Richmond would be lunch at Firebird's, massages and pedicures for two (yes, men can have pedi's too) Then going to see a movie - Avatar maybe? and for profiteroles at Maggianos! But, the dream date would definitely include a plane ride, some sunshine, and sand between my toes!
My husband and I would love to spend Valentine’s Day (any day, for that matter) in one of the most romantic cities in the world: Venice, Italy. We would let the day unfold and surprise us, enjoying the sights and foods we simply happened upon. The only planned activity would be a gondola ride while being serenaded (an obligatory activity for foreigners!). When we returned, our heads swimming with fresh possibilities, we would go shopping at Short Pump Town Center (a visit to Arhaus is a must) … show more »

My dream Valentine's Day date would be to be surprised by my husband with some flowers and a reservation at Firebirds for dinner. While at dinner, he would surprise me with a piece of jewerly preferably some diamond stud earrings. That would be wonderful.
Any date with my lovely wife, Heather is a dream date. However,a dream date on this day would be going to a toy store and buying Flexible Flyer to go sledding with our family. We also love Chick-Fil-A where I lost that Burger feeling @ Short Pump.. Jon
My Valentine's Dream Date would probably have to be the whole weekend. I would like to be whisked away to a surprise destination, which would turn out to be a cozy cabin in Wintergreen where my boyfriend would make a delicious dinner and desert for the two of us. Then we could watch movies and eat marshmallows in front of the fire all weekend! Sounds good!

Valentine's Day should be an all-day event! We'd start with breakfast at the Baker's Crust and then hop over to Dick's Sporting Goods to buy something sporty like tennis racquets or bikes! After a morning workout, we'd come back to Tara Thai for lunch. Then hopefully as we enjoyed some sunny weather from shop to shop (like The Apple Store, The Body Shop, South Moon Under, and Urban Outfitters), we'd stop at Nordstrom to listen to some live Ban Caribe music and to try on some new outfits to wear to dinner at Firebirds. The night would end with a stop by Godiva and maybe a movie at the cinemas.

I will take my Valentine's date to a movie and then dinner out at Firebirds restaurant. Then my mom will drive us home.
My husband and I met three weeks before Valentine's Day so it's always been important. Back in '87, he showered me with my first dozen roses and dinner out. Today, I'd like it a little simpler, maybe dinner at Firebirds with the family. I'd like to walk over to Zales and pick out a charm for my bracelet honoring our 24th Valentine's Day together! It could be silver or gold-- I'm easy! If it was still snowing, that's fine-- it snowed on our first date so I have great memories!
I love going on dates. They don't have to be particularly "over the top" but I do love getting out there and spending time with my sweetie. A perfect date for us would be a night (or two) away at a B&B and then dinner at a nice, delicious restaurant. I would love to do a Chef's Table at a place like this and get to try the specialties and best wine(s). It would be even more fun if there were a sommelier there and we could learn about wine pairing. Now, let me go find my husband to let him read this...
dinner at a fine restaurant with my wonderful husband - a sterling silver bracelet would be sweet -
Getting bundled up and and walking around all day in some city big enough for art galleries and good window-shopping...New York, Boston, D.C. Stopping for hot chocolate. Finishing the day/night in some cozy Italian restaurant.
My Valentine's dream date would be to go see the movie Valentine's Day in theaters. After seeing the movie, I would love to have dinner inside my home. Domino's Pizza is my favorite pizza. I love their thin crust, plain cheese pizza. After that, I would want to have a movie night in and watch Blockbuster movies. Pizza and movies make for a great Valentine's Day. I am easy to please. And, just to make this Valentine's Day a little more memorable, it would be great to receive a gift of some sort. … show more »

My dream date would be a surprise where I think we're going for dinner but everything has been arranged to spend a weekend at a romantic inn. Not just any inn but one with a natural hot spring, five star restaurant, hiking, horseback riding, live music, wine, chocolate and lots of time with my man. Stress free, relaxing and romantic. When can we go?
My Valentine's dream date when I get picked up by a helicopter off to an island. A dinner table is waiting for me...flowers, wine and chocolates waiting for me. Dinner is served and after that some music to start for some slow dancing....and off to a swim at the beach nearby.
First my husband would need a little help from cupid as he doesn't believe in Valentine's Day. So once that hurdle has been overcome, next he would just say "Get your coat. We are leaving. " This totally unpredictable behavior would be my chocolate. Okay not really, but it would be nice. Then we would go for a nice dinner someplace new (without the children) and then end up at some quaint bed and breakfast. Our room would have a roaring fire going and a beautiful view (mountains and water). … show more »
Being picked up in a limo. Taken to a nice resturant. Given roses, and jewelry. Then after dinner go see a girlie movie or comedy. Once the movie is over head to the beach for a moonlit stroll and an ice cream cone. When we get home have candles throughout the house with more roses, balloons, and a teddy bear. To me that's a perfect Valentine's Day.
My dream date- I would want my husband to tell me to get dressed up, pack an overnight bag and meet him in the car. He would take me out to a fancy dinner then to a nice hotel. He would have a massage and mani/pedi prearranged for me. Then we would relax and enjoy our evening all alone.
My dreams are pretty humble these days; I'd be overjoyed with a romantic dinner sans toddler (Oh and definitely involves a great bottle of zin and maybe some dark chocolate :)
My dream valentine's date would be one where my husband planned the whole thing by himself and suprised me! Whether it was a trip to Italy or something in our own home town....just knowing he thought about what would make it special for us as a couple...that is what would make it special!
A trip to a warm climate, hanging out by the beach with my husband. The gift would be just to get away. from the snow...
My Valentine's Dream Date would be one where a guy that I'm interested in surprises me with a romantic evening complete with dinner, flowers, and a gift of tasty chocolates. Ideally the night would also involve dressing up and going to either a play or concert.
For VDay, I plan on celebrating with my family. I don't know if we will eat dinner out or not. I bought cards and gifts for my family. VDay is important and special but I love my family everyday. This is just another way to let them I know love them.
I am a simple person, so nothing fancy. Being a mom with two little boys, I would love an evening out with my husband at a nice Italian restaurant with multiple courses. That way there is plenty of time for good conversation and plenty of time to eat! After that we'd get some yummy dessert to take home and enjoy that while we watch a movie. While we were out, a housekeeper would have come and cleaned my house from top to bottom and a sitter would have come to put my kids down. Again, nothing fancy, just a great chance to enjoy my husband!
When I go on date nights with my wife, we always enjoy going to a restaurant that is relatively casual and conducive to unhurried conversation. From time to time, however, we like to go to a place that is a bit fancier. For my Valentine's Dream Date, I would take her to a nice restaurant like Mama Cucina's, and then go someplace where we could walk around together. Inevitably we'd end up picking up some Dairy Queen on the way home, to enjoy together on the couch with a movie.
my dream date would be a picnic on the beach in a far off place and enjoying a bombfire while we watch the stars twinkling in the sky.
My perfect Valentine’s Day date would be going to NYC and going on a horse and carriage ride in Central Park and having a cute dinner with my boyfriend. My ideal gift would be Lady Gaga tickets... and an engagement ring.
Dinner at one of our favorite restaurants and a couples massage package.

The Perfect Valentines Date would be to be picked up from a my house and taken to a secret location. When I arrive there would be rose petals on the bed and floor. There would be a someone waiting to give me a full body massage. After that, we will get ready for dinner in a private location and after dinner come back to our secluded location and just spend quality time enjoying each other.
My dream date would be to go with my husband to Bergamo, Italy. We were able to go there many years ago, but the trip was marred by illness. We were so concerned with health issues, we missed a lot of the fun of the trip. We would walk the streets of the old town and stop in at the little candy shop and buy Daims - a tasty chocolat covered toffee.
I would love to receive flowers/chocolate at work with a note, then surprised and picked up by my long-distance bf and taken directly to a spa for a couples massage. Following the massage, we go have a nice dinner and go home to relax with candles and wine.
I'd start with someone to watch my kids so they could have fun too. Then, a date with my husband that starts with a chocolate (Godiva, of course!) and wine tasting at Baker's Crust or Maggiano's. Then a lovely filet at Firebird's accompanied by a great cabernet. Then off to Cheesecake Factory for some decadent cheesecake and coffee (should be Starbucks). For my gift, a spa day at Red Door Spa and a Short Pump Town Center gift card so I can pick something that I'll really like (maybe that tea set I've been eyeing at Teavana?).
I have two children under the age of two, so my husband and I can't go away for long. The "Perfect" Valentine's Date? 1. Sushi 2. Good Wine 3. Fireplace 4. Movie at Home (blizzard to keep us inside, optional)
I'm not all that into Valentine's Day and it's hard for us to get childcare. I don't like getting flowers. I guess I'd have just as much fun sitting at home with my family having some good beer.
I have to admit mine might be a little simple - my husband deployed to Iraq last Friday. Fortunately he'll only be gone a few months, but he'll be gone for Valentine's Day - so our celebration will be a little belated. We'd make sure our 4 year-old spent the night at Grandma's house, and go for a nice dinner at Maggiano's, followed by a stroll around the mall.

A perfect valentine date: Having a surprise weekend planned, including a weekend at a resort filled with romantic moments, flowers, chocolate, and love!!
The perfect Valentine's Dream Date would be going out to a fancy restaurant for dinner and spending the entire evening together. I would love to receive flowers and chocolate and little romantic hints as to where we'd spend the rest of the evening together. It would be amazing to end up at the beach and take a walk along the ocean together and have a picnic with chocolate covered strawberries and other desserts. And lastly the perfect gift would have to be diamond earrings and a dozen roses.
My perfect Valentine's dream date this year would be to start on Saturday evening. I would take my girlfriend back to her home city of Atlanta on a private plane. We would have dinner at her favorite restaurant there. Afterwards we would reboard the plane and go to New York and stay at Cloud Hotel. On Sunday we would go to Tiffany's and we would pick out that engagment ring she wants. After that we would return to the hotel and Celebrate!!
Perfect Valentine day date would be. I would pick up my love with bunch of red roses, chocolate and take her to a special candle lite dinner under stars. Will sit outside under the sky and talk. I will give her the spa message package. That's what I like to give her.
A perfect Valentine's evening would be a babysitter and a quiet candlelit dinner for me and my husband. I will give him valentine card, chocolate and his fav sport tennis racket. I want him to surprise me with a nice spa package with a nice dress.
A night with just my husband, no kids. We would go to a restaurant for a candlelit dinner & dessert. After dinner we would go to the movies after we would have the house to ourselves and give message to each other ,this would allow us to sleep in the next day. The ideal gift would be a nice small piece of jewerly with bunch of red roses and shop at short pump mall!
My dream date would involve free babysitters, a private cottage at the beach, and lots of music to dance barefoot on the sand to. I'd also like to be presented a perfect shell from the beach (no previous occupants please!) that would become a tradition for all our future Valentine's dates. After dancing all night, I would like a grilled dinner of whatever we caught in the water earlier and then top it off with s'mores.
Perfect V-day date would be just a great dinner and special alone time with my special guy.

My Valentine's Dream Date would be heading off with my husband to a really great resort in the mountains, for a day of skiing, followed by a massage, then a fabulous non-frou-frou dinner in a wonderful setting, sitting by a fireplace looking out to the snowy mountains. After dinner, we'd take a sleigh ride under a full moon, snuggled under a blanket, with the horses' bells tinkling through the wonderful cold, crisp air.
My perfect Valentine's Dream Date is being taken to a Japanese steakhouse, getting the filet mignon aaaand the shrimp, followed by a good movie out or at home. Preferably a horror movie. And I love getting a big box of Godiva chocolates. And some videogames would be nice too. As long as I'm with my mans, it will be my dream date.
Because this a dream, I would have to say I would surprise my husband with a trip to the Caribbean somewhere to go golfing and relaxing. After returning the house would be spotless and the trip would be completely paid for! Happy Valentine's Day!!!
The perfect Valentine's Day Dream Date would be a vacation to a couples only resort in the Caribbean plenty of champagne and strawberries.
Going to Disney World with my husband.

Every year, we go to Philadelphia with my wife. Art museum, shopping, dinner and a nice hotel. It makes for a perfect Valentine's Day.
I love outdoor physical activity, so the best Valentine's date for me would be to go sailing in the summertime. I love the feeling of fresh air, and wind, and being able to just hop in the water whenever. We'd bring along food and stop at a little sandbar and eat a picnic there, and just hang out drinking and talking. Then we'd keep sailing back home, where we'd be staying at a beach resort and we'd have a beach-casual style dinner with outdoor cooked fish. Then we'd go on a walk along the … show more »
The perfect VALENTINE'S Date would be if my husband would re-enact our first Valentine's together. Get picked up by a limo and get taken to New York City for dinner and stop by little Italy for desert. He had a teddy bear and flowers waiting for me in the limo. That was when I realized that I loved him for who he is. He is very thoughtful in what ever he decides to do.
A perfect valentine's date would be: Being picked up by the person I'm in love with, and taken to a secret place for a special weekend . to have a romantic dinner at a seafood restaurant, and spending the rest of the weekend with him.
My dream date would be to have my boyfriend pick me up from my house, give me flowers, and drive me to Maymont park. We would walk around and see the animals and the beautiful scenery. We would then go to his house and he would make me dinner. He would then surprise me with a ring from Kay Jewelers which would be the perfect gift.
My husband making dinner for the two of us. It doesn't matter what it is as long as he makes it. Setting the kitchen table with a white table cloth and candles. Maybe a vase with some simple wildflowers in it. I'm not one for candy, so maybe some chocolate chip cookies for dessert. A gift wouldn't really be necessary.
Once when working retail a girl came in and told us her boyfriend had sent her to the mall to get a new outfit. HE had made her appointments at Salon Del Sol for hair, nails, and makeup. She spent the day looking for the outfit, getting made up and then someone drove her to the restaurant to meet her boyfriend. The boyfriend made her feel so special and was so attentive to her needs. Everyone needs to feel like they are the most important person in the world to the their most important person and this was a fantastic way of doing so!
The perfect Valentine's Dream Date would be include a romantic dinner at home followed by a little quality time with that special someone. Possibly a trip to somewhere fun for the weekend. Nothing to crazy though. The perfect gift wouldn't be anything expensive just something special and thoughtful. But flowers are always a nice perk too:)
Going to dinner at our favorite restaurant and then spending the weekend locked away in our favorite hotel with just champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. I would love to get small piece of jewlery.
The perfect Valentine's Day would start by having a massage. we'd go out to a nice cozy restaurant and spend a couple of hours just eating and talking. Though, a dozen roses and a box of Godiva chocolates thrown in the mix wouldn't hurt either.

My perfect Valentine's Dream Date would be for my husband and I to fly to Chicago and check into the Ritz-Carlton. We would walk to the Art Institute and explore Millenium Park. For dinner, it would be Topolobampo, then a musical. Back at the hotel, some chocolates, champagne and lots of romance!
Romantic dinner with wine
Simple, Flowers, chocolates and a bottle of Champaigne. Quiet dinner for 2.
The ideal Valentine's Dream Date would be a night at the Jefferson without the kids. Roses, a nice bottle of wine and a beautiful pair of earrings. Room service would be included.

My dream valentines date would involve a special evening at my favorite restaurant (his treat) then going back home to a candlelit desert with flowers. I would want the evening to end with us exchanging heartfelt conversation and gifts from the heart.

I would love to take my husband to Red Door Spas so we can do a his and hers spa day - facials, massages, and mani/pedis (yes he would do it, just no polish :). Then I would love to go to Tara Thai for dinner.

I would love to spend the day with my husband at Disney World. We have never gone without kids. I would love to spend the day doing exactly what we feel like doing when we feel like doing it and then have dinner at one of the more "adult" restaurants. We would watch the fireworks together and then spend the night at the Polynesian resort.

My dream Valentine's Day would start with a little pampering. I would get a massage and a manicure and pedicure. My birthday is two days after Valentine's Day so I don't usually celebrate both. I would then spend some time as a family with my husband and daughter then wrap it up with a romantic dinner with my husband. I would love to enjoy dinner at Firebirds because it always smells so good! That would be a perfect Valentine's Day in my book!
Dinner at Maggiano's, and a gift card for a prenatal massage!! Food and pampering when I'm this pregnant :)
out to the movies and for a romantic italian dinner

The perfect date would be to have a dinner for two on a tropical beach overlooking blue water with the palms overhead, watching the sunset and then dancing in the moonlight. As for the gift...." diamonds are a girl's best friend".or perhaps tickets to a MB concert.... July 6th!
This Valentine's Day I would love to be treated to a romantic dinner out... maybe The Melting Pot or Cheesecake Factory. Red Roses are a must! Followed by dinner we'd go to a movie and then go home and snuggle! The perfect gift would be something shiny from Helzberg. It would be a perfect day to pop "the question"! Mostly I would just like to spend some quality time with my man, that's the best gift of all.
I have many different ideas but there is one that I enjoy. My request will be like last years. A day out, just the two of us, spent shopping at Short Pump Town Center and then dinner at The Cheesecake Factory. I know it sounds boring but we live over an hour away from Short Pump so when we do head that way we plan a special day out. To add to my shopping and dining I would love to stay at the Hotel Sierra again! Even though we are just shopping and dining we have an enjoyable time together and make it special in our own little way.
My idea of a dream date would start out as a total surprise! Go out to dinner at a nice restaurant like Maggianos or Cheese cake factory. Then walk around to some of the stores for a small shopping spree & pick out the my perfect Valentines gift.....a new pair of shoes and a sexy dress from Nordstrom! Since the kids are at home with the sitter, we would end up at the Hotel Sierra for a romantic dessert filled evening!
My perfect Valentine's Dream Date for me & my husband would start with a late lunch/dinner at Firebird's. Then we would walk around the mall (because his gift would be a gift card for the mall). He loves the Apple Store, Levi's store and Hot Topic. We would enjoy the day and also catch the Daytona 500 :) He is the love of my life!

Since I'm a single mom and it doesn't look like I'll have a date by Valentines Day, my Valentines Dream Date would be with my family and children. I love spending time with my family and all of us riding together to a restaurant. There is always a lot of laughter and really good times. As for the gift, I would just love for my family and children to be healthy and happy, this will cost them nothing and to me it's worth a million bucks!
Would definitely be just me & my wife, a nice seafood dinner, good coffee - and wouldn't end until the next morning.
It might sound simple, but my perfect Valentine's Day is one that I can spend with my husband. Our schedules are more often than not skewed just enough for us to miss each other. Being on Sunday this year, I'd love to be able to spend the day at home, with a great meal cooked for me (he's an incredible cook!) and enough time for a long walk with our puppy. Perfect gift? Cheesecake for dessert!
